Most orders on Swiggy
Swiggy has released a list of the most ordered foods in 2025. According to the online food delivery app Swiggy's annual Food Trends Report, biryani, burgers, dosa, and chicken rolls were the most ordered foods.

The charm of biryani remains intact for 10 years
In the year 2025 also, Biryani was ordered by the maximum number of people. This year 9.3 crore people ordered Biryani. That means every minute 194 Biryani orders reached Swiggy.
Out of 9.3 crore orders, 5.77 crore people ordered Chicken Biryani. This is the 10th consecutive year when Biryani is on the first position in Swiggy's order list.
Burger is on the second position. In the year 2025, 4.42 crore people ordered Burger. While Pizza is on the third position. In the year 2025, 4.01 crore orders were made.
Sweet dishes also won
Apart from biryani and burger, white chocolate cake won the sweet dish. This year 69 lakh people ordered cake. Whereas 54 lakh people ordered chocolate cake and 45 lakh people ordered Gulab Jamun.
Among the Indian food, Mexican food won among the foreign dishes. 1.6 crore people ordered it, whereas the trend of hill food increased nine times in the year 2025.
Swiggy has given this credit to its delivery partners. In the year 2025, Swiggy's delivery boys covered a total distance of 1.24 billion kilometers. Top delivery boy Mohammad Razik from Bengaluru delivered 11718 orders this year.
