Signature after oath is mandatory

Whether it's the Chief Minister or a Minister, everyone is required to sign a document after taking the oath. This document is a constitutional circular. In a democratic system, this constitutional circular is kept with the Governor.

This document is then verified by the Governor's Secretary to verify that it has been approved by the Governor. Once this process is complete, the Gazette notifies the person signing the document. With this, the formalities of the oath-taking ceremony are considered complete.
